Appl.GongBang designs, develops and publishes mobile applications. Planning, screen design, engineering, store submission and post-launch operation are all carried out in house rather than contracted out. We support Android and iOS, and track each platform's review criteria and privacy disclosure requirements separately.
Gongbang (工房) means workshop — a place that finishes one thing properly rather than stamping out many. That is where the company name comes from, and these are the three standards we hold ourselves to.
Not by how much is in progress. We cap the number of concurrent projects and complete one before moving on.
We weigh taking a feature out before putting one in. Every element on a screen has to justify its place; if something needs explaining, we change the structure instead.
What users create stays on the device wherever possible. Data never collected cannot leak. Where collection is genuinely needed, we use it only within what we disclose.

We are not a large organisation. What we offer instead is continuity: the same people stay with a product from the first sketch to the current release. We aim to remain able to explain why a screen looks the way it does, and why a feature was left out.
Software is not finished when it ships. Operating systems change, store policies change, the devices people use change. We treat release as a starting point and keep maintaining what we have published. Building something that stays usable for years is what we mean by quality.
